    Important – Printed to Order Products

    All of our products are printed to order and made specifically for each customer once an order is placed. We do not hold ready-made stock.

    This includes (but is not limited to):

    • T-shirts

    • Hoodies

    • Sweatshirts and long sleeves

    • Kids’ clothing

    • Mugs and printed items

    Please check size guides, colours, designs, and product details carefully before placing your order.


    Orders & Payment

    • We are an online-only e-commerce business

    • Payment is taken at the time of order

    • Once an order has been processed or production has started, it cannot be changed or cancelled

    If you believe you’ve made an error, contact us immediately. Changes are only possible before production begins.


    Shipping & Delivery

    Orders are fulfilled from the UK, USA, or Germany, depending on the product and availability.

    • UK delivery: typically 3–7 business days

    • International delivery: typically 5–20 business days

    Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by couriers or customs.
    International orders may be subject to customs charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.

    Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.


    Returns & Refunds (Printed-to-Order Items)

    Because our products are printed to order and made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

    This includes:

    • Ordering the wrong size

    • Ordering the wrong colour or design

    • Deciding you no longer want the item

    Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order.


    Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

    This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

    If you receive an item that is:

    • Faulty

    • Damaged

    • Incorrect (wrong product, size, or design sent)

    Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos.
    We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover return postage where required.


    Unauthorised Returns

    Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
    Please do not use the return address on the parcel unless instructed.
